"Services" refer to any hosting or related services provided by FragServ, including but not limited to virtual private servers (VPS) hosting and domain registration.

Legal Compliance

- Illegal Content: FragServ does not tolerate the hosting or distribution of illegal content. Any content found to be illegal will result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
Service Usage
- Authorized Use: Users agree to use FragServ services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with FragServ's services or network, including but not limited to:
- Sending spam or engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Hosting illegal content.

Refund Policy
48-Hour Refund Window: New orders are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, excluding virtual private servers and domain registrations.
Exceptions: Refunds may be denied for services that have been subject to scheduled downtime, malicious attacks, or suspended for violations of our Terms.
Abuse Policy
Spam and Fraud Reports: We take reports of spam or fraudulent activities seriously. Users found to be abusing our services by engaging in such activities will be banned without refund.
Ban Policy: Users who engage in abusive behavior, including sending spam or engaging in fraudulent activities, may be banned from using FragServ services.
Changes to Terms
FragServ reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of FragServ constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
Tebex Partnership
We partner with Tebex Limited (www.tebex.io), who are the official merchant of digital content produced by us. If you wish to purchase licenses to use digital content we produce, you must do so through Tebex as our licensed reseller and merchant of record. In order to make any such purchase from Tebex, you must agree to their terms, available at https://checkout.tebex.io/terms. If you have any queries about a purchase made through Tebex, including but not limited to refund requests, technical issues or billing enquiries, you should contact Tebex support at https://www.tebex.io/contact/checkout in the first instance.
